Nicholas was born in Kiev, Ukraine and grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University majoring in Information Systems. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Brooklyn Law School in 2005 and has been practicing law since 2006. He also achieved his Master of Laws degree from the New York Law School with a concentration in Tax Law / Estate Planning.
Preparing for every contingency, Nicholas knows being prepared to win at trial is the best way to keep clients out of court. He brings to client relationships a rare combination of personality traits: an aggressive litigator who nonetheless has both the ability and the inclination to resolve matters outside of the courtroom. Nicholas is passionate about giving his clients a voice while protecting their rights.
