Nicholas was born in Kiev, Ukraine and grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University, majoring in Information Systems. He earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2005 and has been practicing law since 2006, beginning in New York. He later expanded his practice to Massachusetts in 2019 and is now also admitted in Connecticut, serving clients across all three states. He also earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York Law School with a concentration in Tax Law and Estate Planning.
Preparing for every contingency, Nicholas knows being prepared to win at trial is the best way to keep clients out of court. He brings to client relationships a rare combination of personality traits: an aggressive litigator who nonetheless has both the ability and the inclination to resolve matters outside of the courtroom. Nicholas is passionate about giving his clients a voice while protecting their rights.
